Topic – Basic Health tips to consider
Most everyone now knows that to maintain optimum health there are some basic simple strategies that should be added to our daily lives. Wayne Fields covered most of the basics in a simple poem:

Not only is this good basic advice, it has become a necessity to prevent disease which can lead to financial ruination due to the soaring out of control Health (or sickness) care system of our country. I will mention some key points on each of these. Remember genetic testing is now showing what we expected all along: everyone is to some extent an experiment of one and we need to find what works best for each us. Let’s look at these basic six:
Sunshine: Our best source of vitamin D. However, after age 70 most people make 70% less vitamin D than they did when they were younger. So if you can’t make it, you will need to take it. Since too much sun is damaging and dangerous, some supplementation may be needed. Children generally can take about 1-000 to 2,000 IU (international units) capsule of vitamin D3 per day safely, and adults 2,000 – 5,000 IU per day safely…
